Get a head start on your summer body. Introducing the mind, body, soul bloom challenge to help you kick off your new year with a bang in person at a private gym or online only option. The goal -to burn fat, gain muscle, get into a great eating routine and ground yourself. Let's get ready for bathing suit season in a fun and challenging way $1000 CASH prize for in person participants or $800 cash prize for online participant , 1st place winner 🎉

The style of training will be recomp (shred and lose fat) training that has slight progressive overload each week mixed with functional fitness and can be done at home or at gym. In person option we will meet 5x per week:
Tuesday- 6:15am, 7:30am, 9am and 5:15pm, 6:30pm- Leg Day
Thursday- 6:15am, 7:30am,9am and 5:15pm, 6:30pmpm-Upper Body and Core
Friday- 6:15am, 7:30am, 9am and 6pm Functional Fitness
Saturday- 9am Barbell Class
Sunday 10am-Full Body.
In person challengers will also receive a workout program to get workouts in on their own incase they miss a class. 

The online version of this challenge does not come with inperson training and you will do the workouts in the program on your own time at the gym or at your home.
