HYROX RACE READY – 6 WEEK CHALLENGE IN PERSON VERSION

Your program will be sent out 2 days before the challenge begins.
This is a performance-based HYROX challenge designed to build a stronger, faster, more conditioned athlete in 6 weeks.
You’re not just working out -you’re training with purpose.
WHAT YOU’LL ACHIEVE
By the end of this challenge, you will:
- Hit PR run times with better pacing and less fatigue
- Complete 50–100 wall balls unbroken
- Build a stronger aerobic engine
- Improve endurance and recovery between efforts
- Hold high output from start to finish in HYROX-style workouts
WHAT YOU GET
IN-PERSON PROGRAM
Train inside a private HYROX affiliate gym with structured hybrid programming.
We meet 5–6 days per week:
Monday – HYROX Specific
7:30am / 5:15pm / 6:30pm
Tuesday – Hybrid Leg Day
6:15am / 7:30am / 5:15pm
Thursday – Hybrid Upper Body + Core
6:15am / 7:30am / 5:15pm
Friday – HYROX Specific
6:15am / 7:30am / 9:00am / 6:00pm
Saturday – HYROX
8:00am
Sunday (Optional)
10:00am – Full Body Bootcamp and/or 8am Run Day
In-person challengers also receive full access to the program in the app to stay on track if they miss a class.
ONLINE PROGRAM
The online option does not include in-person classes.
You will follow the full HYROX training program through the app on your own schedule - at home or in the gym.
