Dumbells, Resistance Bands, and Core sliders NOT necessary but is a plus. 

What you can use instead of dumbbells, water gallons or any heavy object that is easy to hold.

What you can use instead of core sliders is hand towel, paper towels on smooth floor.

What you can use instead of a booty band an old thong has the same effect as a light band. 

What props youll need is a couch, bed, and an ottoman (if you have one) . 

Bring water becuase youre going to need it :)
